📋 Description

• Set the strategy: Define the target customer, value proposition, pricing, packaging, and GTM
• Own the plan and results: Set goals, measure progress, and take action when things are off track.
• Drive cross-functional execution: Align stakeholders from different teams around clear priorities
• Own feedback loops: Work with customers and turn feedback into product and go-to-market changes.
• Build for scale: Identify resource needs, create repeatable processes, and transition mature work

• 5-10+ years in highly analytical, business-driving roles
• A self-starter who will run through walls to get things done
• Exceptional analytical skills and command of data
• A systems thinker who understands how to build things that scale
• Strong communication skills and a team player
