Build personalized journeys in-app, push, WhatsApp and SMS, in English and Indian languages
Own pricing, offers and paywalls, and test changes against holdout groups
Track retention, repeat rate, ARPPU and cohort LTV, and share LTV:CAC with the Senior Manager

🎯 Requirements

2+ years as the named owner of a revenue or retention number in a B2C app
Reads a P&L fluently: contribution margin, LTV, payback
Hands-on with MoEngage, CleverTap or WebEngage: you build the segments, triggers and journeys
Strong SQL; builds your own dashboards in Metabase or similar
Has run controlled experiments and can show what caused a lift
Gets Product and Data to ship your priorities without authority over them
