Business Manager, GTM

📋 Description

• Translate strategy into a GTM plan -- OKRs and key initiatives
• Design cross-functional initiatives
• Drive execution of high-stakes initiatives end to end
• Build and run the GTM operating rhythm, including QBRs
• Own strategic internal communication for GTM
• Collaborate effectively across GTM and with other functions

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in business operations, chief of staff, or strategy consulting
• Experience in or with tech GTM teams
• Strategy consulting background or analytical training (strong plus)
• Ability to influence senior leaders without authority
• Strong program and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
