📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product initiatives and operating projects for long-term value.
• Partner with product, marketing, people, sales, and CX to scope and implement improvements.
• Drive execution of approved recommendations with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
• Develop executive-ready analyses, business cases, and recommendations from data, insights, and market trends.
• Establish success metrics and monitor KPIs to evaluate impact and inform investments.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, PE, corporate planning, or analytics.
• Distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans.
• Strong analytical expertise and experience building integrated models from scratch.
• Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Track record building processes from scratch and resolving roadblocks.
• Experience with SQL.
