📋 Description

• Work directly in HubSpot to standardize naming, clean data, and audit CRM records.
• Assist in standardizing quarterly proposal logging for consistent reporting.
• Support recurring reporting and dashboard management across operations and leadership.
• Conduct audits of internal project wrap reports.
• Compile follow-up checklists to confirm client outreach after campaigns.
• Participate in executive meetings; document actions and follow up on deliverables.
• Leverage AI tools (including Claude) to support workflows and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance growth and innovation.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, or Data Analytics.
• Interest in business operations, sales operations, or strategic planning.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace; comfortable with data tracking.
• CRM familiarity; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leaders.
• Self-starter with passion for learning and process improvement.
• Adaptable, able to work independently and in a team.
