Business Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Build end-to-end brokerage operations workflow and resolve issues.
• Monitor post-trade activity and resolve issues early.
• Create workflows to investigate/correct errors and reconcile records.
• Design workflows for client money movement, deposits, and cashiering.
• Build framework for regulatory reporting across product types and audits.
• Identify opportunities to deploy AI tools to automate reconciliation and detection.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in investment banking, consulting, or fintech.
• High attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong process orientation; able to build SOPs and controls.
• Partner across Investment Ops, Compliance/Legal, and Product/Engineering.
• Experience using AI/automation to reduce manual reconciliation.
• Experience at a high-growth fintech/startup building ops from scratch.
