📋 Description

• Own Program Execution: Run three to five concurrent cross-functional programs at once, each with a
• Drive Outcomes Across Teams: Push programs to completion through Product, Engineering, Legal
• Diagnose & Redesign Workflows: Identify operational workflows spanning multiple teams and
• Deliver the Analysis: Produce analysis behind program decisions using data and reporting stack and
• Hand Off What You Build: Document each program on completion and transition it to a permanent owner
• Communicate to Leadership: Prepare and deliver program reviews and status updates for leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Strong skills scoping ambiguous work, sequencing dependencies, and holding owners to dates across
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to present to and hold a position with a
• Analytical rigor, familiarity with BI/data warehouse tooling, AI-assisted analysis expected; SQL
• Self-direction, curiosity, and initiative
• Comfort with ambiguity, able to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and
• 4-7 years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations
