Business Operations Manager, Partnerships

📋 Description

• Partner with the SVP of Partnerships on planning, reporting, budgeting, and communications
• Own reporting and analytics for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, and build the
• Manage the quote-to-cash process for partner deals, working with Sales Operations and Finance to
• Build and run the processes for partner-influenced renewals and expansion, with clear visibility
• Help design and improve our partner program, and build, test, and launch solutions in Salesforce
• Run the operational side of partner involvement in our annual user conference and key events

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years in revenue operations, business operations, partner operations, management consulting
• Deep Salesforce experience, including process and dashboard design. Hands-on time with PRM tools is
• A solid grasp of quote-to-cash and SaaS revenue models.
• Comfort with data and sales and marketing metrics, and the knack for turning what you find into
• Experience scaling go-to-market operations and putting processes and policies in place at a growing
