Business Operations - Retail Devision

📋 Description

• Monitor daily operational metrics: cancellations, item availability, fulfillment, order accuracy
• Investigate issues and root causes using data, systems, and field observations
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and improvement plans
• Partner with Account Managers to improve partner performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Support, and Tech to resolve operational challenges
• Occasional store visits to observe processes and support tool rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in ops roles (retail ops, business ops, project ops)
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven problem solving to drive improvements
• Proficient with Excel, Looker, or similar BI tools
• Translate ops problems into structured action plans and execute
• Experience with KPIs like cancellations, fulfillment quality, stock availability, service levels
• Fluent in Hebrew and English; willing to conduct occasional field visits
