Business Process Analyst - Bangalore

📋 Description

• Engage with KYC, Client Onboarding, Operations, Compliance stakeholders
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and process walkthroughs
• Gather, analyze and document business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate requirements into BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases and Acceptance Criteria
• Create As-Is and To-Be process maps using BPMN and swim lane diagrams
• Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for automation

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 14 years of experience in banking domain
• Experience with KYC and client onboarding processes
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
• Proficiency in BPMN and process modelling
• Knowledge of compliance and financial crime processes
• Experience with gap analysis and process improvement
