Business/Process Analyst

📋 Description

• Map business processes end to end, from initial triggers and inputs through final outcomes
• Break complex processes into clear steps, decision points, business rules, data requirements
• Identify relationships and dependencies between business processes and the systems supporting them.
• Convert process knowledge into clear, structured, reusable documentation and maintain a consistent
• Identify opportunities to simplify, redesign, optimise, or automate existing processes.
• Analyse the potential impact of proposed improvements, including time savings, reduced manual work

🎯 Requirements

• Previous professional experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a
• Strong ability to break down complex business processes and structure them into clear, logical
• Excellent analytical and questioning skills, with the ability to uncover missing information
• Strong systems-thinking mindset and the ability to understand how processes, data, applications
• Experience working at the intersection of business operations, data, and IT systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements and process logic into practical solutions that
