• 5+ years in a patient access leadership role.
• Experience with Epic Cheers functionality (implementation, optimization, and certification strongly
• In-depth understanding of patient scheduling and registration workflows, front-end revenue cycle
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to bridge technical configuration with operational needs.
• Strong ability to speak to and drive organizational KPIs.
