📋 Description

• Lead operational transformation initiatives across APAC by identifying improvement opportunities
• Design, implement, and continuously enhance service models, operating procedures, and governance
• Drive process automation and digitization programs by partnering with Product, Technology, and
• Manage cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end, from problem identification and business
• Establish performance measurement and reporting frameworks to monitor operational health, evaluate
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable operational

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Process Management, Operations Transformation, Program Management, Consulting
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Operations, Product, Technology, and
• Strong process improvement and workflow design expertise.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, workflow automation, and reporting platforms (such-specific as
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
