📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and business functions, from intake and calibration through
• Partner to build the programs that make hiring repeatable: structured interview loops, scorecards
• Help create the data and metrics we run our searches on. Pipeline health, pass-through rates, and
• Act as a true and trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders on scoping, comp
• Give candidates an experience that matches the product: fast, clear, honest, no friction
• Build diverse pipelines and keep the process fair and consistent as volume grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with a strong track record hiring business and GTM roles. Bonus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple open roles and tasks.
• Adaptable and proactive, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Real comfort with data. You know what strong ATS reporting looks like and you can look at a set of
