📋 Description

• Oversee general accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, in compliance with regulatory
• Leads business unit budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, to drive profitability and
• Manage/implement internal controls, compliance requirements to ensure financial integrity
• Improve and streamline financial processes, reporting structures, and ERP system usage to enhance
• Partner with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is
• Progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of financial analysis
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to translate financial results into clear
