Business Solutions Architect: Accounting Systems

📋 Description

• Product Manager & Delivery Lead for Axon's Finance Tech: consolidation, revenue, close automation.
• Lead end-to-end Finance Systems implementation: requirements, design, data migration, testing, deployment.
• Own Finance & Accounting Consolidation platform: process design, data modeling, security, adoption.
• Drive RevStream upgrades and revenue system enhancements with ASC 606 and ERP integration.
• Translate complex accounting and regulatory requirements into specs, user stories, and plans.
• Partner with Engineering, EA, Data Eng, and vendors to design scalable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IS/CS/Software Eng/Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 8+ years in Finance Systems, ERP/EPM, and Product Management.
• Deep expertise in financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, and statutory reporting.
• Experience leading large Finance Systems implementations (config, integrations, data migration, testing).
• Experience with OneStream, Oracle EPM, Workiva, BlackLine, RevStream, or Anaplan.
• Proficiency with ERP/analytics including D365 Finance & Operations, Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, and enterprise reporting.
