📋 Description

• Product Manager and Delivery Lead for Axon's Finance Tech.
• Oversee consolidation, revenue management, close automation, reporting.
• Own the Finance Systems portfolio; shape roadmaps and investments.
• Lead two initiatives: Finance Consolidation platform and RevStream upgrade.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Revenue Ops, Tax, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Drive scalable, measurable outcomes across Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IS/CS/Finance or related.
• 8+ years in Finance Systems/ERP/EPM.
• Deep expertise in close, consolidation, revenue recognition, reporting.
• Experience with ERP platforms like OneStream, Oracle EPM, Workiva, RevStream, or Anaplan.
• Tech proficiency with D365 F&O, Snowflake, Power BI, Sigma, SQL.
• PM skills: roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, UAT, release planning.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
