• Develop and maintain integrated dashboards, reporting tools, scorecards, and analytical views
• Translate complex portfolio, workforce, financial, resource, and operational data into clear
• Provide end-to-end leadership for cross-functional process improvement and strategic initiatives
• Facilitate initiative governance forums and working sessions
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and streamline manual workflows
• Develop, monitor, and improve key performance indicators and success measures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, information systems, engineering, life sciences
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical development, business operations, analytics, strategy
• Demonstrated initiative, learning agility, and comfort working through ambiguity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement skills
• Experience developing dashboards with Power BI, advanced Excel, or comparable BI tools
