Business System Analyst

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Core Banking applications.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories
• Collaborate with business users, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and development teams
• Analyze existing banking processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and
• Support the design and implementation of Core Banking solutions, ensuring alignment with business
• Perform impact analysis for new business initiatives, regulatory changes, and system enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business
• Available ASAP
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Business Analyst within the banking or
• Hands-on experience with Core Banking systems (e.g., Temenos T24/Transact, Finastra, Oracle
• Strong understanding of retail and commercial banking products and processes, including customer
• Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
