Business System Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including flows, validation rules, custom
• Partner with RevOps, Marketing Operations, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, and other cross-functional
• Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user management, data quality, security and
• Support and contribute to larger GTM systems initiatives, including billing integrations, multi-org
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues by identifying root causes and implementing durable
• Collaborate with external implementation partners and consultants to support project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and/or administration, ideally supporting
• Strong working knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Flow and process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with business and
• Strong team player with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth
