Business Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and support Entrata and other business applications used by Property
• Provide Tier 3 functional and technical support for escalated user issues, system questions, and
• Configure settings, security roles, permissions, workflows, document mapping, and automated
• Maintain application data integrity, change control documentation, directories, process records
• Partner with IT, business teams, and third-party vendors to resolve system issues and improve
• Support property operations technology initiatives, including project coordination, meeting

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Entrata Systems, property management software, or business
• Experience configuring application settings, security roles, permissions, workflows, or
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and internal customer support skills.
• Ability and interest to work in office as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.

🎁 Benefits

• Expected base salary between $62,000-$73,000 plus target annual 10% bonus.
