Business Systems Analyst - Appian - Remote

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and other Agile Team members to translate
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather, identify, and define detailed
• Create clear, concise, and well-structured documentation, including business requirements
• Analyze and document current and future-state business processes and workflows
• Conduct research and analysis to determine what the system must do to fulfill requirements across
• Clarify and refine requirements with stakeholders to resolve ambiguities and manage expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university; plus, three to six years of related
• Must have hands-on experience with Appian
• An understanding of SQL (depends on assignment)
• Sense of urgency: The ability to respond quickly and effectively to tasks, deadlines, and challenges
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
• Communication Skills (written, verbal, and non-verbal)
