Business Systems Analyst III (Marketing)

📋 Description

• Primary BSA owner for Marketing platforms (Iterable and TrustArc).
• Partner with Marketing Operations for guidance on system capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Lead end-to-end marketing tech initiatives (discovery/backlog/UAT/go-live) in an agile model.
• Translate complex marketing, data, and compliance requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Design and support data integrations and pipelines using SnapLogic with Engineering and Data teams.
• Use SQL to analyze data, validate integrations, and support marketing reporting and segmentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience with Marketo, including marketing automation, campaign management, and Salesforce integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Iterable, including campaigns, journeys, segmentation, data ingestion, and integrations.
• Experience supporting TrustArc or similar consent/privacy platforms in marketing or data environment.
• Proven experience with SnapLogic, including designing, supporting, or troubleshooting integration pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
• Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, and marketing automation workflows.
