• Build and maintain productive partnerships across global leadership, scientists, external

• Experience leading and developing teams, including direct reports, contractors, or cross-functional
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build
• Ability to translate business strategies and scientific objectives into technology roadmaps and
