Business Unit Controller

📋 Description

• Own the business unit P&L, end to end: take ownership of the full P&L for assigned business
• Support the month-end close: prepare and review accruals, prepayments, and manual adjustments
• Present the numbers to stakeholders: present monthly performance to business unit leads and Group
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and modelling: run annual budget and rolling forecast cycles; build

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in controlling or audit, ideally in a multi-entity environment
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and confident financial modelling skills in Excel
• Comfort working with large ledger data sets and reconciling data across multiple systems
• Ability to present to, and constructively challenge, senior non-finance stakeholders
• Structured, accuracy-focused working style and ability to meet close deadlines
• Fluent business English
