📋 Description

• Lead business unit with full accountability for sales, operations, profitability, people, customer
• Own full P&L: revenue, profitability, labor, operating expenses, capital expenditures
• Lead commercial growth: sales strategy, business development, customer retention, pricing
• Develop relationships with key customers, strategic accounts, industry partners
• Lead operational excellence: quality, turnaround time, productivity, efficiency, capacity
• Build and retain high-performing team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination
• MBA preferred
• At least 10 years of progressive business leadership experience including full P&L management
• Experience leading commercial growth: revenue growth, business development, customer retention
• Experience leading operational excellence: productivity, profitability, customer performance
• Ability to develop and execute business strategies for measurable improvements
