🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent
• MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive business leadership experience that includes full P&L
• Demonstrated experience successfully leading the commercial growth of a business, including revenue
• Demonstrated experience successfully leading operational excellence and business growth, including
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies that deliver measurable
