🎯 Requirements

3-5 years C&B experience; systemic C&B knowledge; HR/tech/fintech exposure a plus.
Thrives in fast-changing environments; responsible and results-driven.
Humble, strong critical thinking; proactive and eager to learn.
Strong analytical/quantitative skills; proficient in Excel, GSuite, AI tools.
Excellent written/spoken English; Chinese a plus.
High integrity and ethics.
