C++ Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, implement, and test the OESIS Framework using C++ across Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Implement support for third-party security applications using scripting languages such as Python
• Own features end to end: requirements clarification, design, implementation, unit and functional
• Use AI coding assistants and agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as part of your
• Build and share AI-assisted engineering practices on the team: effective workflows, reusable
• Prototype and evaluate AI-powered product capabilities e.g., LLM-assisted analysis of endpoint

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5+ years of professional experience with a track record of feature ownership and mentoring for
• Good understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns
• Experience with multi-threaded programming and system design
• Excellent coding and debugging skills, including comfort navigating a large existing codebase and
• An AI-native development mindset: hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and agentic tools
