Cafe Attendant

📋 Description

• Provide friendly, personalized service to customers
• Educate customers about premium food & beverage offerings
• Routinely clean cafe area and maintain service standards
• Assist in beverage and food preparation and delivery
• Support with inventory, restocking, and side work as needed
• Collaborate with Culinary team to ensure timely orders

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Regularly lift/move items up to 30 pounds
• Strong coffee knowledge; train/mentor peers
• Proficient with espresso, tea beverages, and POS systems
• Must be able to work early morning/full-time shifts
