🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in retail/hospitality with coffee/bev.
• 2+ years leading a team of 10+ people.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Completed Blue Bottle Academy Barista training or within 90 days.
• Food Safety Certification for your state or obtainable within 30 days.
• Strong understanding of P&L and how to influence it.
