Call Report Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end preparation and filing of FFIEC Call Reports.
• Build and maintain the regulatory reporting framework, calendars, and controls.
• Interpret and apply FFIEC, OCC, and FDIC instructions for BNPL reporting.
• Monitor and implement changes to regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering.
• Support regulatory examinations and audits, providing documentation and responses.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in bank regulatory reporting with FFIEC prep.
• Deep knowledge FFIEC instructions, schedules, and capital calculations.
• OCC-supervised banks or de novo reporting experience.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge bridging GAAP and regulatory reporting.
• Experience building/improving regulatory reporting processes and controls.
• Proficiency with regulatory reporting software and Excel; Claude/LLM experience.
