Campaign Operations Manager, EMEA (12 month Contract)

📋 Description

• Own delivery end to end: Take the signed contract and own the campaign through launch, live and
• Plan and run the build: Turn the contract into a delivery plan. Set up campaigns in our internal
• Quality gate: Run pre-launch QA on copy, assets and targeting against the contract. Nothing goes
• Manage performance in flight: Monitor live delivery, spot risks early, and make or recommend the
• Close the loop with Account Managers: Support renewal conversations with effective and convincing
• Manage and coach external contractors: Work with external contractors to enable efficient delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years running multi-channel or multi-format campaigns end to end, in sponsorship, partnerships
• Track record of owning delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns, partners and stakeholders
• Strong judgement under pressure. You know when to fix it, when to escalate and when to push back.
• Confident partner-facing communicator, comfortable presenting results and managing expectations.
• Exceptional attention to detail without losing sight of the outcome.
• Comfortable with processes still evolving, and wants to improve them.
