📋 Description

• Identify strong campaigns for our team to test over email, social, and press.
• Use media to drive campaign impact, victory, and brand awareness — including pitching press
• Support petition starters in driving their campaigns to victory and talking to press about their
• Write brand emails that perform well across Change.org’s email audience.
• Stay on top of compelling issues and news stories to inform campaign selection and escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong writing skills, with experience writing press pitches, marketing emails, and social content.
• Proven track record landing media hits, including top-tier digital and print publications.
• Robust relationships with journalists and influencers who can help tell Change.org’s brand story.
• Experience building media strategies that successfully drive brand awareness.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapid-response environment.
• A strong sense of what petitions will perform well on social media.
