Think ahead on programming and budgets
Manage budgets, including tenant experience and amenity budgets

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in hospitality, property, or tenant experience management
Experience with budget and P&L management
People leadership experience, directly managing a team
Experience with vendor and stakeholder management
Comfort with event and CRM tools such as Tripleseat

🎁 Benefits

Base salary range of $150,000 - $160,000
10% annual performance bonus
Full-time employment
