🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree with 5+ years Talent Acquisition or related experience.
• Sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.
• Advise managers on diversity, market demographics, and search parameters.
• Partner with clients to develop TA strategies across markets.
• Behavioral-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; independent.
• Cross-functional partnerships to improve candidate experience.
• Innovative sourcing: new tools and creative approaches.
• Solid computer skills; leverage social media for recruiting top talent.
