• Own end-to-end campus recruiting from school selection to offer.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for interns and new grads across roles.
• Build relationships with universities, student orgs, and career centers.
• Plan on-campus and virtual events (info sessions, career fairs, hackathons).
• Build internship programs with hiring managers from onboarding to full-time conversion.
• Use data to share pipeline updates and improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth env.
• Track record building campus programs and closing early-career hires
• Strong relationship builder with campus presence
• Data-driven problem solving; use insights to improve processes
• Highly organized; manage multiple schools, events, pipelines
• Clear, energetic communicator; represent Polymarket authentically
