• Call shortlisted candidates from the database / ATS and inform them that their profile is

• Maintain accurate call logs and candidate status updates in the tracker/ATS (e.g., “contacted”
• Follow up via call/WhatsApp/email as needed to keep candidates engaged until interview or offer
• Work closely with the recruitment/HR team to understand role priorities and update them on

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and local language (clear speech, polite tone, confident
• Smart, quick learner who can grasp job details fast and explain them simply.
• Comfortable making multiple outbound calls daily and handling rejection professionally.
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/Excel, email, WhatsApp).
• Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, sales, or recruitment outreach is a plus but not mandatory
