Capacity Strategy & Operations

📋 Description

• Translate customer commitments and growth forecasts into concrete GPU demand signals
• Coordinate supply allocation across vendors, finance, and infrastructure teams
• Lead cross-functional capacity war rooms and define allocation frameworks for scarce GPU supply
• Produce capacity health reports and scenario analyses for senior leadership
• Build and maintain operational cadence for capacity planning
• Develop reporting dashboards tracking capacity health and risk exposure

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or similar analytical role
• Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional processes
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills for demand and capacity analysis
• Excellent communication for presenting recommendations to senior leadership
• High ownership and ability to drive initiatives to completion
• Comfort working under pressure and in ambiguous environments
