Capital Markets Associate - Real Estate

📋 Description

• Deal structuring & execution: Underwrite and structure construction, bridge, and mezzanine
• Capital modeling: Build the models that drive real decisions — DSCR, LTV, LTC, IRR, debt yield
• Capital stack strategy: Recommend how we fund specific projects, balancing cost of capital against
• Lender relations & syndication: Be a real point of contact for US lenders and institutional
• Portfolio surveillance: Own the debt maturity ladder across the portfolio and keep every DSCR, LTV

🎯 Requirements

• 3–8 years in real estate capital markets, real estate private equity, CRE lending, or real estate
• A specific US commercial real estate deal you can walk us through in detail, the property, the
• Excel and Google sheets mastery, including built debt waterfalls; VBA or Power Query is a strong
• Real working knowledge of US credit agreements, loan documentation, and institutional underwriting
• Ability to turn dense underwriting into a memo an executive can act on in five minutes.
• Minimum 6-hour daily overlap with US Central Time.
