Capital Markets Manager

📋 Description

• Drive securitization issuances, warehouse facilities, and ABS transactions.
• Build strategic relationships with lenders, investors, and CM participants.
• Partner with legal counsel to negotiate and execute financing agreements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Accounting, Data Analytics, Finance, and Operations to structure financing.
• Present transaction updates and market insights to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Investment Banking, or related field.
• Experience structuring/executing warehouse facilities, securitizations, ABS financings.
• Experience developing financial models and analyzing asset- and bond-level cash flows.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to negotiate and execute financing transactions.
• Experience building/maintaining relationships with institutional investors, banks, or financing partners.
• Skilled in deriving insights from Looker, SQL, Bloomberg, Intex or similar tools.
