📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Capital Markets programs with governance and risk oversight.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders; serve as primary technology delivery leader.
• Guide engineering, architecture, product, and delivery teams to design cloud-native solutions using Agile.
• Drive modernization of enterprise platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and post-trade workflows.
• Champion AI-enabled capabilities, Agentic AI architectures, and intelligent automation.
• Senior client-facing leadership overseeing large-scale initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in tech consulting, engineering, or delivery leading Capital Markets programs.
• Deep knowledge of Capital Markets post-trade processing, market infrastructure, and DTCC products.
• Proven success leading large multidisciplinary tech teams and executive client engagements.
• Experience delivering cloud-native distributed apps with Agile and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and event-driven architecture, microservices, containers.
