🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience preferred.
• Proven experience delivering sales training focused on solution selling, capital sales processes
• Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or other complex healthcare environments.
• Clinical, commercial, medical technology, or healthcare operations experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience developing training content and e-learning programs from initial concept
• Strong instructional design capabilities and a solid understanding of adult learning principles.
