📋 Description

• Partner with portfolio company management teams on value creation levers including growth and
• Drive top-line growth, cost optimization, organizational structure and capability, capital
• Identify talent needs and help recruit and hire top talent into portfolio companies
• Rapidly prototype and implement operational improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6+ years of management consulting experience at a top consulting firm (preferred)
• Operating experience is a plus but not required
• Genuine enthusiasm and curiosity for Private Equity and Alternative Assets investing
• Strong understanding of fundamental business analysis
• Outstanding professional and academic performance record (top tier performance ratings, early
• Comfort using AI and data tools for rapid analysis, scenario modeling, or process automation
