Capture Manager, OpenAI for Government

📋 Description

• Lead the full capture lifecycle — from opportunity identification and qualification through win
• Partner with O4G GTM teams to build and maintain a multi-year pipeline of strategic opportunities.
• Write and edit proposal sections, translating inputs from subject matter experts into compelling
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to develop AI-driven solutions and articulate win
• Ensure all responses meet solicitation requirements, government acquisition regulations, and OpenAI
• Maintain and expand a proposal content library for reuse and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years selling information technology services to governments, including US intelligence
• Deep familiarity with government contracting, security clearances, and procurement processes.
• Experience leading capture and proposal efforts for complex technology or government contracts
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior government executives and
