🎯 Requirements

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field is desirable; an equivalent combination of
• Knowledge of personal lending and home financing products.
• Understanding of competitive lending markets and current product trends.
• Familiarity with contact-centre operations, processes, policies, technology, and performance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain lending concepts
