📋 Description

• Follow up with families who have expressed interest or asked for more information about soil
• Explain the soil transformation process, timeline, what families receive, and compare it to burial
• Complete arrangements accurately, including contracts, payment plans, and state-specific disclosure
• Keep the CRM clean by notating every call, dispositioning every meeting, and scheduling next steps
• Follow required phrasing on calls and written communications to stay compliant, and earn licenses
• Participate in coaching sessions and share insights to improve the team playbook

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience with high-consideration purchases (e.g., automotive, financial investments, real
• Track record of success
• Comfort working from talk tracks, templates, and a defined process, and being coached on calls
• Comfort with talking about death and grief
• Strong reading comprehension and clear written communication
• Aptitude to learn software quickly on your own; experience with CRM (HubSpot), VOIP calling tools
