📋 Description

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued.
• Respond to all calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience with a smile.
• Deliver five-star customer service and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Work at the Battery Park location to support clinic operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
