• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued
• Control the flow of appointments
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours
• Guide patients through our out-of-network experience
• Great all patients entering the clinic
• Execute 5-star customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required
