🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, veterinary reception, or similar
• Veterinary industry experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems and technology platforms
• Passion for outstanding client experiences and collaborative teamwork
